Kinetic is designed as a local-first AI dance coach. Core pose detection, video analysis, key frame extraction, scoring, and training records are primarily processed and stored on your device unless you actively share, export, or enable a future online feature.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Kinetic, including dance courses, pose templates, training plans, camera training, video import, video recording, pose analysis, frame-by-frame comparison, training results, subscriptions, ads, and app settings.
2. Information We Process

3. Permissions
- Camera: real-time training, pose detection, and video recording.
- Microphone: audio recording when recording practice videos if enabled by the system and app flow.
- Photos and media: importing tutorial videos, selecting images, saving videos, and sharing results.
- Local storage: saving courses, templates, plans, videos, key frames, pose metadata, and app settings.
4. Local-First Processing
Kinetic primarily stores and processes your training content locally. We do not intentionally upload your tutorial videos, practice videos, pose landmarks, key frame images, or training records to our servers in the current version. If future cloud, sync, online analysis, or account features are added, this policy will be updated.
5. Third-Party Services
Kinetic may use platform and third-party technologies such as Flutter, MediaPipe, Apple in-app purchase services, Google AdMob, Tencent Youlianghui, video playback, local database, file picker, image picker, and operating system sharing features. These services may process limited technical or transaction information according to their own policies.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal training content. Your data may be shared only when you actively use system sharing/export features, when required by law, or when necessary to protect legal rights and security.
7. Retention and Deletion
Your local data is stored as long as needed for app features. You may delete courses, pose templates, training plans, and records in the app, or remove local data by uninstalling the app. Deleted local data may not be recoverable.
8. Children
Kinetic is intended for general dance training. Minors should use the app with permission and guidance from a parent or guardian.

3. 权限说明
- 相机权限：用于实时训练、姿态识别和视频录制。
- 麦克风权限：在录制训练视频且系统和功能启用录音时用于保存声音。
- 照片与媒体权限：用于导入教学视频、选择图片、保存视频和分享结果。
- 本地存储：用于保存课程、模板、计划、视频、关键帧、姿态元数据和应用设置。
4. 本地优先处理
Kinetic 主要在设备本地保存和处理你的训练内容。当前版本中，我们不会主动将你的教学视频、训练视频、姿态关键点、关键帧图片或训练记录上传至我们的服务器。如果未来加入云同步、在线分析或账号能力，我们会更新本政策。
5. 第三方服务
Kinetic 可能使用 Flutter、MediaPipe、Apple 内购服务、Google AdMob、腾讯优量汇、视频播放、本地数据库、文件选择、图片选择以及系统分享等平台或第三方技术。这些服务可能会根据其自身政策处理有限的技术信息或交易信息。
6. 共享
我们不会出售你的个人训练内容。仅在你主动使用系统分享/导出功能、法律要求或为保护合法权益和安全所必需时，相关数据才可能被共享。
7. 保存与删除
本地数据会在实现功能所需期间保存。你可以在 App 内删除课程、姿势模板、训练计划和训练记录，也可以通过卸载 App 删除本地数据。删除后的本地数据可能无法恢复。
8. 未成年人
Kinetic 面向一般舞蹈训练场景。未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用本 App。
