Delete your Dongda account

Verify your email to permanently delete your account and associated data. You do not need to reinstall the app.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Follow these steps

Enter the email address associated with your Dongda account.
Select “Send code” and check your email for the six-digit verification code.
Enter the code and confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent.
Select “Permanently delete account” and confirm the request.

We will send a six-digit verification code to the email associated with your account.

Data that will be deleted

Profile, email, credentials and linked sign-in identifiers
Device and push identifiers
Feedback, calorie events, challenge participation and created challenges

Data retained and retention period

App Store payment transaction and notification audit records: retained for up to 10 years after account deletion for legal, billing, tax, security and fraud-prevention obligations.
An irreversibly anonymized internal identifier: retained with those payment audit records for up to 10 years solely to preserve record integrity. It cannot be used to sign in or contact you.
If a legal hold, dispute or regulatory request applies, the affected records may be retained until that matter is resolved.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your Dongda account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions in the store before deleting your account.
